For the duration usually it takes tension headache for 4 to 6 hours. For the sufferer the pain like frequently bilateral. Bilateral mean the pain happens in two sides of the head.
For the cause, it can be a various factors that can be able to influence to it. The main factor is stress or hunger. Stress as we know that a pressure because of such thing, example; too many thinks, job, problems, and soon. In addition, the factors are because lack of sleep, bad posture when you are sleeping. The treatments of headache pathophysiology are using analgesics. Analgesics here are ibuprofen, acetaminophen, as well as aspirin. Or you can use manual treatment such as spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy and myofascial trigger point. This manual treatment has bad and good effect. For the good side it can support for migraine and the bad is weak for tension.
